Remember the Cubans

I am constantly reminded of the fact that I am probably the lone gatekeeper of information pertaining to Philippine-Cuban relations at the Department. Basically, I was our last man in Havana.     If someone will visit Cuba, where is the best place to stay in Havana? What are the top places to visit in Cuba and Havana from your experience?

    I am thinking of visiting it before permanently going back to Pinas.
